The notifications page houses all of your notifications. Here you will find invitations to sessions, session approvals (admin only) and change ownership notifications. All notifications will also send an automated message to the email associated with your account.

This is your Forms Page. The Forms page houses all the forms that you have either created or that have been made available for you to use (published). Locate a specific form by searching by the form name. This is also where you will go to create a new form or edit an existing form. The Sessions page houses all sessions that you either create or that you have been invited to join. This page also acts as your Homepage and will be the first page you see upon logging in. Sessions are easily located and can be searched by name or organized by date, activity, or pages (media). 

Geosearch allows you to navigate your sessions from the view of a map and manage all of your sessions from across the globe. You can zoom in on a site, select it, and jump right into that session.

The All Sessions page allows you to view ALL Talonview sessions inside of your instance. Search for a session by name, owner, owner email, or the amount of media within the session. The All Sessions page also allows you to join any Talonview session within your instance, at any time, without the need of an invitation. The All Sessions page is only accessible to Session Admins and Tenant Admins. To learn more about the various user rights, please see Talonview User Rights.  

The All Forms page allows you to view ALL the forms inside of your instance. Search for a form by name, creator email, or the amount of checklist items. The All Forms page also allows you to view any form within your instance regardless of whether or not the form is published. The All Forms page is only accessible to Session Admins and Tenant Admins. The Users Page shows all registered and guest users that have accessed your company’s instance. This is also where new user accounts are created and existing user accounts are deactivated. Only Tenant Admins have access to the Users Page.  All Talonview instance’s are closed registration meaning account information must be pre-loaded to the system by an administrator before someone can login and gain access.
